Terms of use
The conditions for using this website and requesting information about car rental.
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These terms describe how to use the Na Corrida website. They cover reading the car-subscription pages and sending a written enquiry. They do not replace a hire paper you may sign later. The version date is 12 October 2026. Mandatory rights stay in place where the law keeps them.
1. The office responsible for the pages
The operator is NA CORRIDA ALUGUEL DE CARROS LTDA, tax id 65.817.379/0001-72, at Rua Anita Garibaldi, 829, Apt 301, Mont Serrat, Porto Alegre, RS, 90450-001, Brazil. Words such as we and our on this page mean that operator. The public name on the pages is Na Corrida. The site shows a car-subscription layout and offers a way to ask a question. These terms govern the website. They do not stand in for a signed hire, a key handover, or a right the law already gives you. The telephone, when the registry has one, is printed on the About card and is not repeated here.
2. Read the car list before you rely on a figure
The home page lists named cars with a monthly amount in U.S. dollars, a line that says 18 months and 1,000 km a month, and the words Flexible plans, ask for the conditions. A short headline does not by itself hold a car for a named morning. Facts on a printed card can change when the page changes. Before you arrange travel around a car, ask for a written reply that names the point you care about. Asking does not, by itself, remove a right a published statement may have under the law that applies.
3. What See the price and Subscribe actually do
Both buttons open request.html on this domain. That page collects a name, an email address, an optional phone, a city or area, and a message, then prepares a mail draft to [email protected]. Neither button takes a card, opens a basket, or marks a car as yours. The word Subscribe on the button is the label of that link. It does not, by itself, start a monthly charge or a renewal. A hire exists only if a later paper says so.
4. Upkeep, insurance, and roadside lines
The home page states that plans shown there include upkeep, insurance, and 24-hour roadside help, and that a spare car can be part of a plan. Those are sentences printed on the page. This website policy does not add a response time, a mileage beyond the 1,000 km line already printed, or a workshop list. If you need one of those points confirmed, put it in the enquiry and wait for a written reply. A headline is not the whole condition.
5. How you may use the pages
You may read the pages and send an enquiry about a car they show. Do not break the files, probe the host, or send a message that impersonates another person. Do not use the form to submit card numbers or passwords. Copying the page text for your own notes is different from presenting the layout as your own business. The photographs and the car names stay with the page. These terms do not sell you a licence to reuse them in an advertisement.
6. Material you choose to send
Send information that relates to the car or the dates you are asking about and that you are allowed to share. If you name another person, consider whether you may share that detail. Supplying an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your words to this office and does not grant a marketing licence. A later written hire, if one is made, can ask for papers that this form does not collect. Do not send those papers until a reply names a channel.
7. Links that leave these files
The navigation on these pages points at files on this domain: the home page, About, Contact, the request form, and the legal pages. A button that looks like a purchase still lands on the request form. If a future page adds a link to another site, that other site has its own terms. This office is not the operator of a site it does not publish. Mail you send from your own program is handled by that program, not by a shop on this domain.
8. Limits that leave mandatory rights in place
These pages are a published layout plus an enquiry. They are not a promise that every named car is free on a given day, and they are not a checkout. Where the law does not allow a limit, that limit does not apply. Nothing here removes a right you already have under consumer law or under a hire paper you later accept. If a sentence on the home page matters to your decision, ask for it to be repeated in the reply and keep both.
9. When the pages change
The operator may correct a car line, a monthly figure, or a legal page. The date on this page is the version you are reading. A change to the website does not rewrite a hire paper already signed. If you already sent a note, the office answers that note against the page as it stood when you wrote, and will say so if a figure has moved. Check the home page again before you rely on an old screenshot.
10. How to reach the office about these terms
Questions about these terms go to the request form or to [email protected]. Say which heading you mean. The office can explain how the website works. It cannot, in an automatic reply, invent a car, a rate, or a handover hour that the page does not state. Company identity stays on the About card. The other legal pages cover privacy, refunds, and the limit of what the layout itself promises.
