Refund policy
What to check before a payment and how to raise a refund question.
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Na Corrida does not take a payment on this website. This note says what that means for a car-subscription enquiry, and what to do if a later written hire is the thing you want reviewed. The version date is 12 October 2026. It does not invent a refund clock.
1. No payment is taken on these pages
The home page prints monthly amounts in U.S. dollars. See the price and Subscribe open the request form. That form prepares a mail draft to [email protected]. There is no card field, no basket, and no button that moves money. Because this website does not receive a payment, it also has no card refund to run. A printed amount is not money sitting with this office.
2. Which operations this note reaches
It reaches the website and the enquiry. It also tells you how to write if you later hold a hire paper with NA CORRIDA ALUGUEL DE CARROS LTDA and you want that paper reviewed. It does not describe a product-return counter, because the pages do not ship a part and do not conclude a sale. A question about a car shown on the home page is still an enquiry until a written hire exists.
3. A monthly figure is not a charge from this site
Lines such as 18 months and 1,000 km a month sit next to the cars on the home page. They explain the published layout. They do not start a debit when you open the page or when you press Subscribe. If you and the office later write a hire, the amount, the term, and any cancellation rule belong in that paper. This policy does not copy those rules in advance and does not name a number of days.
4. How to ask about a hire that was written later
Use the Contact page or the request form. Say whether you want a hire cancelled, a figure corrected, or a payment reviewed, and say that the hire was made in writing after the enquiry. Include the date of your earlier note and the car name as it appeared on the page or in the reply. Do not put a full card number in the message. If a refund of money is possible, it depends on the hire paper and on the law, not on this page alone.
5. What helps the office find the right file
Give your name, the email address you used, the date you sent the note, and the car you named. If a reply already gave you a reference, repeat that reference. A draft that never left your mail program is not a file this office can see. Wait until you know the message was sent before you ask for a copy of it. The office may ask one follow-up question so the answer goes to the person who wrote.
6. Rights a website note cannot take away
Nothing in this refund note removes a mandatory right under the law that applies to you or under a hire you actually accepted. The absence of a card form here is not a waiver of those rights, and it is not a promise of an automatic refund. If a particular sentence on the home page, including a line about insurance or roadside help, affected your decision, say so in the note and keep the page you relied on. The Contact page remains the written channel.
